Product Description
The SQ006P Ceramic Cooker Thermal Shock Resistance Tester balances simplicity with national standards compliance, providing highly accurate and reliable data while maintaining a compact size. This instrument utilizes a compact point-tracking infrared thermograph to monitor the entire bottom temperature of ceramic cookers in real-time, enhancing the precision and efficiency of thermal shock resistance testing.
The device is designed with an integrated electromechanical structure comprising a combustion furnace, a thermostatic water bath, an infrared imaging device, a rapid cooling mechanism, and a temperature control instrument. This configuration ensures quick and even heating of the ceramic cooker bottom through a high-energy burner and enforced airflow. The system also includes an automated feed mechanism and a thermostatic bath that conserves water and maintains a constant temperature through automated control. Temperature indicators and controls are managed via an MCGS screen.
