600°C Fully Automatic Thermal Shock Resistance and Thermal Stability Tester
Published: 10/11/2025
Automated test system for evaluating thermal shock resistance and thermal stability of ceramics, glass, graphite, and other non-metallic materials up to 600°C. Complies with GB 3298-2022 for daily-use ceramics and GB/T 4100-2015, GB/T 3810.9-2016 for ceramic tiles.
Product Description
The SQ005 is a compact, fully automatic tester designed to assess thermal shock resistance and thermal stability by repeatedly cycling specimens between a high-temperature furnace and a controlled-temperature water bath. Operators load samples into the material basket, start the program from the touch screen, and the PLC-controlled system completes heating, transfer, and cooling cycles without manual intervention.
The instrument supports production quality control and R&D by delivering repeatable results aligned with Chinese GB standards for ceramics and ceramic tiles. Its automated cycle count and programmable heating and cooling durations streamline testing while reducing operator workload.
