Product Description

The PCY-III-SG series is a horizontal, dual push-rod dilatometer designed for expansion-method testing of linear thermal expansion. It accommodates two specimens simultaneously for comparative measurements between a standard and a test sample, improving throughput and accuracy.

The system integrates intelligent controller technology for displacement and temperature acquisition, PID-controlled heating profiles, and seamless switching between standalone operation and computer-based automated testing with analysis software. Typical applications include characterization of ceramics, refractories, glass, graphite, polymers, and metal alloys in industrial QA/QC and research environments.

Sample preparation and testing are compatible with GB/T 32158-2015 and GB/T 3074.4. The furnace and fixture configuration are horizontal, with sample carriers available in fused quartz or alumina, and optional gas atmosphere capability; a vacuum option is available.
