Rapid Multi-Element Analyzer

The DHF86 uses the linear relationship between sample concentration and photometric readings. An extended linear range and improved sensitivity address nonlinearity at high oxide concentrations and reduced sensitivity at low oxide concentrations. Measured components are SiO2, K2O, Al2O3, Na2O, Fe2O3, CaO, TiO2, and MgO.

Sample types include feldspar, clay, kaolin, quartz, limestone, dolomite, calcite, bauxite, corundum, silicon carbide, alumina, cements, refractory products, minerals, and silicate or aluminate materials. Tolerance evaluation references include GB/T 4734, QB/T 2578-2002, and GB/T 6900. The system has six feed channels, can measure 20 samples continuously, and includes automatic sample feeding and discharge.

The equipment set includes the analyzer, data-processing system with computer, data interface and analysis software, flame photometer, ultrasonic cleaner, three silver crucibles, and standard stock solutions for the conventional eight oxide analytes. Basic reagents and glassware are additional accessories; the configuration can be changed for special requirements.
