Multi-Element Rapid Chemical Analyzer for Silicates
Published: 7/17/2025
The DHF86 is a photometric multi-element rapid analyzer optimized for linearity within Beer’s law to improve accuracy across high and low component concentrations. It is designed for full analysis of silicate-related raw materials in ceramics, refractories, cement, glass, geology, and non-metallic minerals.
Product Description
The DHF86 Multi-Element Rapid Chemical Analyzer applies a photometric measurement principle and optimizes linear response to maintain accuracy for both major and minor components within the Beer’s law range. By extending linearity and enhancing sensitivity, it addresses typical deviations seen in conventional photometric methods when analyzing high-percentage constituents and low-level elements.
The system is tailored for comprehensive analysis of silicate systems and is widely used in ceramics, refractories, cement, glass, geological exploration, and non-metallic mineral processing, including research institutes and universities. Typical sample types include feldspar, clays, kaolin, limestone, dolomite, quartz, wollastonite, talc, ceramic powders, glazes, frits, bauxite, corundum, silicates, aluminates, high-calcium and high-magnesium materials, and related ores.
A complete DHF86 configuration includes the main unit, data processing system with computer, interface and analysis software, a flame photometer, an ultrasonic cleaner, silver crucibles for fusion, standard stock solutions for the conventional eight elements, and an accessory kit with basic reagents and glassware.
