High-Temperature Viscosity Tester
The NDJ-II-14/16 measures molten-material viscosity by the rotary-cylinder method over high-temperature and ambient-temperature conditions. The instrument references YB/T 185-2001 and ASTM D4683-1991 and provides constant-temperature and cooling-curve measurements.

Product Description
The NDJ-II-14/16 uses a rotary viscometer, molybdenum-rod test head, graphite or sintered-corundum crucible, suspension wire, platinum-rhodium thermocouple, heating furnace, temperature controller, and computer software. It automatically collects and processes data and displays a temperature–viscosity curve.
The NDJ-II-14/16 supports high-temperature and ambient-temperature measurement, constant-temperature viscosity testing, and viscosity-curve measurement during cooling. YB/T 185-2001 is referenced for the suspension-wire method; ASTM D4683-1991 is also cited, with applicability depending on the selected test configuration. Calibration liquids are identified as GBW13605–13608.
