GHR2000 Fresh-Concrete and Mortar Rheometer

GHR2000 is a fresh-concrete and mortar rheometer for torque-based characterization of fresh mixtures. It accepts aggregate below 25 mm and concrete with a slump of at least 50 mm; slump above 75 mm is preferred for effective testing.

Product Description

The rheometer supports concrete research, mix-proportion development, production quality control, and testing during construction. Its fresh-material scope extends from low-slump concrete to self-compacting concrete and mortar; slump above 75 mm is preferred because harder concrete reduces test effectiveness.

An interchangeable impeller, servo motor, 0–1.0 rps impeller-speed range, and torque measurement support stress-growth and flow-curve tests. The impeller is 125 mm in diameter and 125 mm high, and continuous torque is 60 N·m.

Ordering information: Specify the fresh-material test scope, aggregate size, impeller geometry, torque and speed configuration, and required rheological outputs when requesting a quotation.
