High-Temperature Dynamic Slag-Resistance Furnace
The GZL-B tests refractory resistance to erosion by molten dynamic slag at high temperature using method 3 of GB/T 8931-2007, the rotating-specimen gas-flow method. It is a vertical atmosphere furnace with air or protective-gas melting and four rotating suspended specimens.

Product Description
The furnace uses silicon–molybdenum-rod heating, platinum–rhodium temperature measurement, programmable closed-loop PID control, and a rotating mechanism that moves specimens through the slag. Air, nitrogen, or argon protective atmospheres are available.
Key parameters include heating rates, power, gas flow, control and holding accuracy, specimen and crucible dimensions, rotation speed, and the crucible lifting and slag-addition arrangements.
