The tester uses a constant-flow pump and controlled medium temperatures for the thermal-cycle test. Test parameters comprise pressure, pressure accuracy, flow, temperature-control accuracy, cycle count, electrical supply, and environmental conditions.
The installation environment is specified as a stable, vibration-free area without corrosive media or strong electromagnetic interference, with water and electrical supply within the stated limits.
