Contact Angle and Surface Tension Analyzer
The MIL-II measures liquid surface and interfacial tension, contact angle, and thin-film wetting. It references ISO 8296:2003, GB/T 14216-2008, ISO 6295:1983, and ASTM D971 and provides manual or automatic injection and lifting with computer data storage and reporting.

Product Description
The instrument measures surface tension by a force-displacement sensor using a Hall sensor and gradient magnetic field. For plastic-film wetting, a lower-surface-tension mixture is applied until the film persists for 2 s; the mixture that wets the specimen for about 2 s is measured at least three times.
A CCD camera and computer can automate contact-angle measurement. The configuration includes temperature-control, sample-cup, power, interface, and basic components.
