Product Description

The DIL-SG series is a horizontal, dual-tube dilatometer designed to determine linear thermal expansion coefficients using the push-rod expansion method. It can test two specimens simultaneously or run a comparative method with a standard reference, enabling efficient material characterization across ceramics, refractories, glass, graphite, polymers, and metal alloys.

The system combines microcontroller-based control for displacement and temperature with PC connectivity for fully automated operation, parameter editing, data acquisition, reporting, and archival. An intuitive interface, automatic analysis software, and optional controlled atmospheres support routine quality control and research workflows in industrial laboratories and institutes.
