Horizontal Dual-Tube Dilatometer
The DIL-SG series measures thermal expansion of refractory, ceramic, glass, graphite, polymer, and metal-alloy specimens with a horizontal dual-tube dilatometer. It provides programmable heating, computer control, and simultaneous or comparative testing under GB/T 32158-2015 and GB/T 3074.4 specimen-preparation requirements.

Product Description
The DIL-SG series measures expansion of refractories, ceramics, glass, graphite, polymers, and metal alloys with a horizontal dual-tube arrangement. A programmable controller measures displacement and temperature for offline or online automated testing, data output, and storage.
The horizontal design accommodates two specimens simultaneously or comparison testing between a standard and a specimen. The test system includes a quartz/alumina reference specimen, automatic analysis software, and optional atmosphere and vacuum configurations.
