Product Description

The KXT4742 is an automated life-testing system for sanitary toilet seats and covers, using compressed air to drive a cylinder piston that applies controlled loads and motions. It is engineered to meet the requirements of C/T 764 and JC/T 764 standards, offering stable loading, high measurement accuracy, and straightforward operation for repeatable durability assessment.

Typical applications include development, quality control, and certification testing of seat rings and lids. The system supports multiple test modes such as opening/closing cycles, soft-close life evaluation, high-force compression, impact resistance, rocking stability, and static load verification, with automated counting and configurable angles.
