Thermal Shock Resistance Tester for Refractory Products
The instrument tests thermal shock resistance of refractory products and other non-metallic materials by compressed-air flow or water quenching. It is manufactured with reference to YB/T 376.1 and YB/T 2206.1-1998 and includes a three-point-bending arrangement.
- Model
- RZL-14
- Category
- Thermal Shock
Product Description
The specimen holder rotates horizontally for loading and observing damage on the specimen end face. The tester supports selectable compressed-air-flow and water-quenching methods for refractory products, ceramics, glass, other nonmetallic materials, graphite, and silicate products.
The configuration includes furnace temperature, uniformity, control, temperature recovery after cold loading, nozzle and furnace dimensions, specimen capacity, three-point-bending stress, water temperature, electrical supply, and optional automatic thermal-shock-cycle recording.
