Thermal Conductivity & DiffusivityRefractories

1,600 °C Refractory Thermal Conductivity Tester

The DRX-I-SPB-1600 uses a plate-method configuration with cold-side heat-flow sensing to measure thermal conductivity, with a hot-face/furnace temperature range of 600–1,600 °C and reference to GB/T 17911.8-2002 and YB/T 4130-2005. It is intended for refractory materials, refractory ceramic-fiber products, insulation bricks and boards, powders, and other low-conductivity refractory materials.

Product Description

The DRX-I-SPB-1600 uses a plate-method configuration with reference to GB/T 17911.8-2002 and YB/T 4130-2005. An embedded industrial computer provides automated testing and control, with automated analysis software for recording and printing test reports. The water-cooled test furnace supports gas filling and vacuum evacuation by configuration.

A heat-flow sensor measures cold-side heat flow. Atmosphere and vacuum capability are configuration-dependent. This page is a configuration overview; obtain a verified DRX-I-SPB-1600 datasheet defining thermal-conductivity accuracy and repeatability bases, pressure mode, and allowable gas/vacuum conditions before technical selection.
