Product Description
The Hydraulic Cement Flexural Testing Machine is primarily used for flexural strength tests of concrete specimens and compressive strength tests of cement, mortar, and red brick, as well as other building materials. It can also be used for testing the compressive strength of non-metallic materials such as mortar test blocks and quick test concrete blocks.
The machine references GB/T 3722 and features hydraulic loading, electronic force measurement, digital load and loading-rate displays, peak-load display, overload protection, and data retention after power failure. A computer system can store, retrieve, and print test results.
A rotating screw adjusts the compression space. Flexural accessories can be installed, and calibration is described as user-performed according to the manual. The configuration includes the testing-machine host, oil-source control cabinet, data-display device, and oil-pressure sensor.
