Glass Softening-Point Tester
The instrument automatically determines the softening point of glass fiber by tracking fiber elongation with a grating or laser displacement sensor during programmed heating. It references GB/T 28195-2011 and ASTM C338 and provides S-type thermocouple control, computer data acquisition, and report output.

Product Description
A glass fiber is heated under a selected temperature program while a grating or laser displacement sensor automatically tracks its elongation. The control PC acquires and displays the data and analyzes the softening point according to GB/T 28195-2011.
The system uses an S-type thermocouple for control and specimen temperature measurement, computer-controlled PID control, programmable heating segments and rates, and a Chinese-language legacy Windows XP interface; current platform support is not stated.
