Product Description
The SWY-I Digital Glass Stress Tester is designed to detect stress within glass products, operating based on the principle of polarized light interference. This allows it to qualitatively or semi-quantitatively analyze the internal stress of glass based on the interference color sequence within the polarized field. Equipped with a sensitive color plate and using a quarter-wave plate compensation method, the instrument can accurately quantify the stress values, making it suitable for use in optical instrument manufacturers, glass factories, and laboratories for measuring the stress of optical glass and glass products.
The digital readout provides automatic measurements which can be printed, enhancing the ease of stress analysis in glass materials. This device is compliant with GB/T4545 standards, ensuring reliability and industry relevance.
