Product Description

The SQ005B is produced according to GB/T 4547-2007 for thermal-shock resistance, pass, increasing-temperature-difference, destructive, and thermal-shock durability testing of bottles, jars, glassware, beer bottles, and infusion bottles.

The tester sets the test temperature difference, background temperature, and temperature-rise rate of the hot and cold baths. A motorized lift transfers the specimen basket.

Sensors transmit the hot- and cold-bath temperatures to the electronic control system. A micro-compressor stirs the baths for uniform temperature distribution; the hot bath uses electric heating or hot-air heating, and the cold bath uses cold-water replacement.
