Product Description

The SQ005B Glass Bottle Thermal Shock Resistance Tester is produced according to GB/T4547-2007 standards for testing the resistance of glass containers to thermal shock and thermal shock durability. It is suitable for testing the heat shock resistance of glass bottles, jars, beer bottles, and infusion bottles.

The tester can set parameters such as the temperature difference during testing, background temperature, and the rate of temperature change in hot and cold water baths. With motorized lifting, it facilitates the quick transfer of specimens in less than 15±5 seconds.

Temperature is monitored via sensors transmitting values from the hot and cold baths, ensuring precise control through an electronic system. Consistent temperature distribution is achieved using a micro-compressor for stirring, while thermal control involves hot water or hot air heating mechanisms.
