Product Description
The instrument is designed according to GB/T 4546-2008 and ISO 7458:1989 for glass bottles, glass infusion bottles, and wine bottles. It displays internal pressure in real time and supports pass, increasing-pressure, and destructive tests.
Method A applies uniform internal pressure and holds it for 60 s; a bottle that does not break passes. Method B increases pressure at a specified constant rate to Pr = 1.38P60 + 0.1783, then releases it without a hold. The system displays hold pressure, destructive peak pressure, P60, and test count, prints results, uses water as the pressurizing medium, and completes one bottle test in no more than 8 s.
