Product Description
The High Temperature Comprehensive Tester is suitable for evaluating the performance of inorganic metallic materials under high and ambient temperatures. It also simulates the true scenario of liquid metal pouring into molds for testing the high-temperature properties of molding mixtures. The instrument is intended for use in research units, higher technical colleges, and factories, specifically for the trial measurement of inorganic non-metallic materials and molding mixtures' high-temperature performance.
Tests can be conducted at room temperature to 1400°C, including thermal expansion, high temperature compressive strength, thermal expansion force, thermal deformation under fixed load, residual strength, and ambient temperature compressive strength.
The tester features a standard conical sample of Ф30×50 mm. It has a load range of 0 to 28.29 MPa and deformation measurement range of 0 to ±5 mm with a display resolution of 0.01 mm. The heating temperature ranges from ambient to 1350°C, with short-term capability of reaching 1400°C. Measurement precision for force and deformation is within ±1% full scale.
