SQW-II-14 High-Temperature Materials Test System
SQW-II-14 is a high-temperature materials test system for thermal expansion, high-temperature compressive strength, expansion force, deformation under constant load, residual strength, and room-temperature compressive strength. It is intended for inorganic nonmetallic materials and molding mixtures, with normal furnace operation to 1,350 °C and short-term operation to 1,400 °C.

Product Description
The system supports high-temperature and room-temperature mechanical and dimensional tests for inorganic nonmetallic materials and molding mixtures, including simulation of molten-metal pouring into a mold. Test modes include thermal expansion, high-temperature and room-temperature compressive strength, expansion force, constant-load thermal deformation, and residual strength.
The system incorporates a silicon-carbide-tube high-temperature furnace with a 50 mm chamber diameter and a 2.5 kW rating. Loading speed is manually adjustable, and the heating program supports user-set constant-rate operation with two program segments.
