Carbon Material Thermal Conductivity Tester
The instrument measures the thermal conductivity of carbon materials with a hot plate, cold plate, specimen preheater, and hot/cold-face temperature measurement system. It references ISO 12987-2000 and YS/T 63.3-2006 and accepts a Ø50 × 50 mm specimen with a 5–20 minute measurement time and power consumption no greater than 1.5 kW.

Product Description
The measuring platform has a hot plate and cold plate with a 65 mm working-surface diameter. Pt100 resistance thermometers control the hot plate at 60 ±0.1 °C and the cold plate at 20 ±0.1 °C. A differential thermopile or Pt100 resistance thermometer measures the temperature difference between the specimen's hot and cold faces.
An optional preheater controls specimen preheating at 40 °C. The cooling/heating thermostat controls cooling-water temperature at 20 ±0.5 °C and flow at 40 L/h. A 0.01 mm digital caliper measures the Ø50 × 50 mm specimen, measurement time is 5–20 minutes, and automatic or manual preloading can be configured.
