Sodium Expansion Tester for Carbon Blocks

The instrument measures the linear expansion of aluminum cathode bottom carbon blocks caused by sodium infiltration, in accordance with ISO 15379-1:2004 and YS/T 63.5-2006. The integrated instrument controls displacement and temperature throughout the test and includes an embedded touchscreen with optional desktop-computer connection.

Product Description

The instrument determines sodium-induced linear expansion of aluminum cathode bottom carbon blocks. Computer-controlled instrumentation and a computer system detect and control displacement and temperature throughout the test, with automatic operation and an integrated design.

The configuration includes the test host, control system, embedded touchscreen, test software, and S-type thermocouple; a desktop computer can also be connected.
