Energy-Saving Rapid Box Furnace
The instrument series rapid box furnace uses new materials and programmable heating, with an adjustable heating rate of 0–100 °C/min. Selectable furnace temperatures are 1,000 °C, 1,400 °C, and 1,600 °C, with listed chamber sizes and an empty-chamber heating time to 1,400 °C of no more than 20 minutes.

Product Description
The box furnace uses new materials. Its stated energy consumption is 20% of a conventional furnace and its stated weight is 30% of a conventional furnace. Computer-controlled multistage heating provides a 50-segment program, with 30- or 50-segment programmable temperature-control curves.
The furnace has selectable temperatures of 1,000 °C, 1,400 °C, and 1,600 °C and reaches 1,400 °C in no more than 20 minutes in an empty chamber. Computer-controlled controllers provide programmable heating curves, and non-standard chamber sizes are available on request.
