SG-XX-YY High-Temperature Tube Atmosphere Furnace
SG-XX-YY is a configurable horizontal tube furnace for vacuum heating and protective-atmosphere heating, with selectable power, tube dimensions, rated temperature, heating elements, and gas systems. It provides programmable heating from room temperature to 1,600 °C, PID control, adjustable gas flow, and multiple vacuum configurations.

Product Description
The furnace is a split horizontal structure with separate furnace body and control console, with an integrated configuration available by user selection. Tube inner diameter and constant-temperature-zone length are custom-selected. Porcelain, alumina, or quartz tubes can be fitted. The tube material may be 99.99% pure alumina rated to 1,750 °C.
Resistance wire, silicon-carbide rods, and molybdenum disilicide are selected according to temperature. The furnace can use argon or nitrogen; hydrogen and reducing gases are specified at order. Both vacuum heating and protective-atmosphere heating are available, with cooling-water devices at the tube ends and quartz observation windows.
