Product Description
The single-axis horizontal kneader comprises a motor, reducer, feed section and body, spiral-blade shaft, screen plate, vacuum chamber, machine head and clay outlet, vacuum pump, and vacuum gauge. Different dies at the outlet can form ceramic tubes and tile- or sheet-shaped components.
Plastic clay is crushed, sheared, mixed, conveyed, and compressed in the machine. Clay with a higher proportion of hard material requires lower moisture, while clay with more soft material can have higher moisture.
