Product Description

The analyzer measures liquid surface tension and contact angles, including powder contact angles, and performs thin-film wetting analysis. GB/T 14216 is cited for plastic-film wetting-tension measurement. For the plastic-film method, a lower-surface-tension mixture is applied until the liquid film remains for 2 s; a mixture that wets the specimen for approximately 2 s is measured at least three times.

A CCD camera and computer can automate contact-angle testing. Software provides automatic data storage and report printing and has a Chinese-language interface. The system can measure tension coefficients at different liquid concentrations and includes manual or automatic injection and lifting. Applications include cleaning agents, inks, paints, coatings, water treatment, pesticides, electroplating, cosmetics, transformer oil, and related liquids.
