SYD Concrete Flexural and Compressive Strength Testing Machine

SYD is a hydraulic strength-testing machine for flexural testing of concrete specimens and compression testing of concrete, cement, mortar, brick, and other nonmetallic building materials. It uses electronic force measurement and offers selectable maximum-load options of 30 kN, 50 kN, 100 kN, 200 kN, and 300 kN; GB/T 3722 is referenced.

Product Description

Hydraulic loading and electronic force measurement support flexural testing of concrete specimens and compression testing of concrete, cement, mortar, brick, and other nonmetallic materials. Digital load, loading-rate, and maximum-load displays, overload protection, and data retention after power loss are provided.

A high-precision sensor and digital display are specified. Rotary lead-screw adjustment changes the compression space, and a flexural fixture supports flexural testing. The stated system configuration comprises the testing machine, hydraulic power/control cabinet, data display, and hydraulic-pressure sensor; a constant-pressure test-function module is optional.

User calibration is described in the operating manual.

Ordering information: Specify the test mode, maximum load option, flexural fixture, specimen geometry, and any constant-pressure test-function module when requesting a quotation.
