Vacuum Atmosphere Box Furnace
SXZ is a sealed, protective-atmosphere box furnace for chemical analysis and physical measurements in configured atmospheres, with a stated operating range of 1200–1,700 °C. Applications include research and small-batch production involving powder metallurgy, ceramic metallization, phosphors, battery materials, electronic ceramics, and chemical raw materials.

Product Description
The SXZ furnace has a steel enclosure with an electrostatic-spray finish. The chamber lining is assembled from high-quality corundum boards with molybdenum wire; the heating elements are molybdenum wire. Lightweight insulating brick and aluminum-silicate refractory fiber form the thermal insulation. The gas system includes a flow meter, pressure-reducing valve, and shut-off valve, and the sealed furnace shell has a silicone-rubber door seal with water cooling at the furnace opening.
Thyristor control and programmable temperature control support up to 30 curve segments, with soft start and constant-current control. The controller provides overcurrent, current-limiting, and overtemperature protection, and opening the furnace door automatically disconnects power.
At 1,600 °C, the furnace lining uses domestic high-purity fiber products; at 1,700 °C, it uses imported fiber products. All-domestic-material construction is limited to 1,600 °C.
The external form is indicative; the final configuration is set at manufacture. Atmosphere capability is configuration- and temperature-dependent; obtain a verified model-specific datasheet confirming the gas train, purge, exhaust, interlocks, and allowable gas/temperature combinations before technical selection.
