The Silicate Chemical Composition Rapid Analyzer determines silicate compositions in ceramics, refractory materials, inorganic non-metallic minerals, building materials, and geological materials. It analyzes eight routine components in 2–3 hours, all listed components in 4–5 hours, and up to 20 samples in one run.

Product Description
The instrument is intended for chemical analysis of ceramics, refractory materials, inorganic non-metallic minerals, building materials, and geological materials. It analyzes feldspar, clay, kaolin, limestone, dolomite, calcite, bauxite, quartz, and other ceramic raw materials, with custom analytical schemes available for specified elements or results.
The analyzer covers eight routine oxides in ceramic raw materials and can also determine specified constituents in quartz, zircon, frit glaze, spodumene, lithium feldspar, titanium powder, and chemical raw materials. It covers low-content constituents in the electrical-porcelain and glass industries, as well as P2O5 in ceramic raw materials and MnO, CoO, Cr2O3, and other listed oxides.
Measurement accuracy meets or exceeds the requirements for the relevant elements in GB/T 4734-1996 and QB/T 2578-2002. The supplied set includes the analyzer, data-processing system, flame photometer, two silver crucibles, and a 50 W ultrasonic cleaner.
