Carbon-Material Thermal Conductivity Tester
The DRX-II-LUX measures the thermal conductivity of carbon materials with a hot-plate and cold-plate system, with reference to ISO 12987-2000 and YS/T 63.3-2006. Its configuration includes controlled hot and cold plates, specimen preheating, temperature-difference measurement, optional pressure application, and a 5–20 minute measurement time.

Product Description
The measurement stand has a hot plate and a cold plate with a working-surface diameter of Ø65 mm. The hot plate uses an embedded heater and Pt100 platinum-resistance thermometer controlled at 60 ± 0.1 °C; the cold plate uses a circulating-water channel and Pt100 thermometer controlled at 20 ± 0.1 °C.
A specimen preheater can be set to 40 °C. A heating/cooling thermostat regulates the cooling-water temperature at 20 ± 0.5 °C and the flow at 40 L/h. A differential thermopile or Pt100 thermometer measures the temperature difference between the specimen's cold and hot faces. Automatic or manual preloading can apply constant contact pressure.
