Thermal Conductivity & DiffusivityInsulation Materials

Thermal Conductivity Tester for Insulating Sheets

The instrument uses longitudinal heat-flow technology to measure thermal conductivity from 0.5–100 W/(m·K). It is intended for solid, powder, coating, film, liquid, and anisotropic specimens, with a specific apparatus required for liquids.

Model
DRX-II-RW
Category
Thermal Conductivity & Diffusivity

Product Description

The tester measures thermal conductivity by longitudinal heat flow. Material examples include insulating sheets, thermally conductive resins, and thermally conductive glass fibers; liquids require a specific apparatus.

Thermal-diffusivity and specific-heat functions are not defined on this page; obtain a verified model-specific datasheet before selecting those functions.

The system includes a complete test system and software platform. Automated thermal-analysis software analyzes test parameters and produces reports; different adapters can be connected for testing in different environments.
