2021 Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday Notice and Safety Guidelines

The 2021 Mid-Autumn Festival leave is scheduled as follows: September 19–21 (three days). Work will be arranged on Saturday, September 18.

Requirements:

1) Conduct a pre-holiday safety inspection in each department. Complete a self-check and remove hazards. Lock rooms when unattended; switch off unused equipment; assign dedicated personnel for equipment that must run continuously; safeguard important items; and enforce fire and theft prevention measures.

2) Hold a safety briefing for on-duty staff. Reinforce adherence to company policies and raise safety awareness among all duty personnel.

3) Strengthen warehouse management before the holiday and strictly enforce inbound and outbound control procedures.

4) Tighten vehicle management. Holiday vehicle use requires strict approval. Drivers must follow traffic regulations and drive safely. Drunk driving, fatigued driving, speeding, and overloading are strictly prohibited.

5) All employees must keep mobile phones switched on during the holiday. If traveling out of town, enable roaming to maintain contact.

6) Stay vigilant and prioritize personal safety throughout the holiday.
