In accordance with the General Office of the State Council’s 2021 public holiday schedule, the Labor Day break is arranged as follows: the company will be closed from May 1 to May 5, for a total of 5 days. Work will be scheduled on April 25 (Sunday) and May 8 (Saturday).
Requirements:
1. Conduct a safety inspection before the holiday. Remove hazards by locking unoccupied rooms, shutting off power to unused equipment, assigning on-duty personnel for equipment that must run continuously, and safeguarding important items. Include fire and theft prevention.
2. Brief on-duty personnel on company policies and safety.
3. Strengthen warehouse management before the holiday. Strictly enforce inbound and outbound inventory control procedures.
4. Ensure strict vehicle safety management and approvals for any holiday use. Drivers must comply with traffic regulations and drive safely. Drunk driving, fatigued driving, speeding, and overloading are strictly prohibited.
5. All employees must keep their mobile phones powered on during the holiday. Those traveling out of town should enable roaming to remain reachable.
6. Observe personal-safety requirements during the holiday.
