Labor Day Holiday Notice

To all employees,

The 2020 Labor Day holiday will run from May 1 through May 5, for five days including adjusted rest days. April 26, Sunday, and May 9, Saturday, will be working days.

Before the holiday, each department must conduct a safety inspection and self-check. Lock doors and windows in unoccupied rooms, disconnect unused equipment from power, assign personnel to equipment that must operate continuously, secure important items, and attend to fire and theft prevention. Hold a safety briefing for duty personnel and remind them to follow company rules. Strengthen warehouse management and enforce inventory entry and exit procedures.

Holiday vehicle use requires approval. Drivers must follow traffic rules; drunk driving, fatigued driving, speeding, and overloading are prohibited. Employees must keep their phones switched on during the holiday and enable roaming when traveling out of town. Anyone traveling should carry epidemic-prevention supplies and, where possible, avoid travel between provinces.
