Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday Notice

To all employees,

The 2019 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday will last three days: September 13, Friday and the statutory holiday on the fifteenth day of the lunar month; September 14, Saturday and a regular rest day; and September 15, Sunday and a regular rest day. Monday, September 16, will be a working day.

Before the holiday, each department must conduct a safety inspection and self-check. Lock doors and windows in unoccupied rooms, disconnect unused equipment from power, assign personnel to equipment that must operate continuously, secure important items, and attend to fire and theft prevention.

Hold a safety briefing for duty personnel and remind them to follow company rules. Strengthen warehouse management and enforce inventory entry and exit procedures. Holiday vehicle use requires approval. Drivers must follow traffic rules; drunk driving, fatigued driving, speeding, and overloading are prohibited.

Employees must keep their phones switched on during the holiday and enable roaming when traveling out of town. Employees visiting family should attend to travel safety and purchase return tickets in advance.
