On the morning of May 17, 2019, company technicians arrived at the Qilu University of Technology laboratory in Jinan to install, commission, and provide training for 14 instruments repurchased by a faculty member in April: four DPK-1,000N digital flexural testers, two RH-I digital glass softening-point testers, six PCY-III dilatometers, and two KS-B plasticity testers.
Together with six similar instruments purchased in October 2017, the laboratory had approximately twenty instruments manufactured by the company. Site photographs show the instruments installed throughout the laboratory. Faculty members and students quickly learned to operate the equipment and could complete experiments independently. The training proceeded smoothly.
