Cross-Border E-Commerce Operations Training in Xiangtan, March 2019

Alibaba Group invited a senior foreign-trade lecturer from Guangzhou to Xiangtan to provide training for local export enterprises. The training covered foreign-trade operating skills; the company reported that the training helped identify operational gaps and possible improvements.

Hunan Zhenhua Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. describes itself as a domestic enterprise engaged in materials-testing technology, testing instruments, and equipment manufacturing and sales, with independent import and export rights. Its quality-management center follows the ISO 9000 quality system, and its instruments are sold in multiple regions.

The company states that instrument export sales in 2018 increased 20% from the previous year. Its export mix was reported as thermal conductivity instruments 35%, ceramic testing instruments 30%, refractory-material testing equipment 20%, and dilatometers 10%. The company expected its export business to increase further in 2019 after the training.
