On January 15, 2018, Hunan Zhenhua Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. and POLMA Co., Ltd. of South Korea signed an export contract for one DRH300A flat-plate heat-flow thermal conductivity instrument. After three weeks of production and commissioning, the instrument was shipped from Changsha on February 6 for direct export to the customer’s site in Busan. The shipment included the invoices, certificate of origin, and other customs-clearance documents requested by the customer.
On March 12, the customer asked by email for help installing the operating software. A technician provided remote assistance, installed the demonstration and test software, and answered questions about using the instrument. On March 18, the customer sent an email and photographs thanking the company and reporting that its staff could perform experiments independently.
