Thermal-conductivity testers support material selection, process optimization, and product development in new energy, electronics, building insulation, and aerospace. Hot-wire, plate, and guarded-hot-plate methods are used for solid, liquid, powder, and film specimens.
The system covers thermal-conductivity values from 0.01 to 1,000 W/(m·K) and has stated measurement accuracy of no more than ±2%. Temperature sensors and a heat-acquisition system support automated specimen mounting, parameter setting, measurement, data processing, and report generation. A typical test takes 10–30 minutes.
Temperature compensation, real-time curve display, and modular specimen handling support insulation, electronic, metallic, liquid, and powder materials. Applications include battery materials, building insulation, and heat-dissipation materials for electronic chips. Routine maintenance includes calibration and cleaning of measurement components.
