Product Description
The High Temperature Load Softening Point Tester is applicable for determining the softening temperature range of ceramic and graphite materials when subjected to high temperatures and loads. This equipment complies with YB/T 370 'Refractory Products Load Softening Temperature Test Method (Non-Differential – Heating Method)', as well as meeting GB/T5989 and ISO1893:1989 standards. The tester offers multiple structural configurations to accommodate varying testing applications.
This tester showcases a maximum heating temperature up to 1750°C with selectable heating rates, allowing users to specify the rate of temperature increase. The precision deformation measurement system offers a range from 0 to 10 mm with a measurement error of not more than 0.03 mm. Additionally, the device supports both manual and automatic 30-step programmable temperature rise settings. The load application mechanism allows for precise control with selectable pressures and automated reporting functions through computer control, providing a streamlined testing process.
