CHY-II-17/16 Refractoriness Under Load (RUL) Test System

The instrument measures refractoriness under load of ceramic, refractory, and graphite materials under elevated temperature and applied load. The instrument references YB/T 370, GB/T 5989, and ISO 1893:1989 and provides differential and non-differential test configurations.

Category
Refractory Testing

Product Description

The instrument determines the refractoriness-under-load range of ceramic, refractory, and graphite materials. It is manufactured according to YB/T 370 and also cites GB/T 5989 and ISO 1893:1989; differential and non-differential methods are available.

The selectable furnace maximum temperature is 1,650 °C or 1,750 °C, with corresponding use temperatures of 1,600 °C or 1,700 °C. The instrument provides 0–10 mm deformation measurement with an error no greater than 0.03 mm, manual or automatic programming with at least 30 segments, selectable load pressure, and computer-connected control with automatic report printing.
